Experience

• At least 1 years experience in supporting Lotus Notes and/or Exchange Outlook clients
  
  
• At least 2 years of Help Desk or Client support experience
  
  
• Understanding of Active Directory Concepts
  
  
• Solid written and verbal communication skills required
  
  
• Prior Migration experience from Lotus Notes to Outlook preferred
  
  
• Prior Blackberry support experience and knowledge preferred
