This position requires exceptional marketing skills with the determination to build a portfolio of customers by increasing the capture rate of the attached market center. This position handles real estate closing transactions. Having good knowledge of Real Estate and Escrow laws is a must. You must be able to work independently and under pressure as well as being extremely detail driven while meeting all deadlines. Must be able to represent the company in a professional manner and initiate as well as participate in the marketing of self and company. Some of the responsibilities include working to develop new business and increase capture rate within attached real estate office while maintaining individual's current book of business with the goal of conducting 25 or more mortgage side closings each month. Maintaining escrow records and files as escrow agent. Managing a portfolio of escrow customers and brokers.
