Our client is a fortune 500 company that is financially stable, fast paced and growing.
Develops plans and executes weekly advertising plans in cooperation with the Regional Merchandising Center (RMC) for all advertising groups within the distribution center. Ensures that all product groups are included and meet local consumer interest. Responsible for ensuring that the advertising created is generally regarded as the best advertising in the marketing area.
?Manages the development of weekly advertisements for all advertising groups.
?Proofreads all advertisements and provides the final approval for release.
?Maintains timely communication with the Image Center on advertising jobs.
?Routinely meets with local advertising group retailers for advertisement support and feedback.
?Makes and implements advertisement suggestions and special promotions to grow retail sales.
?Works with individual retailers on specific advertisements or promotional needs and requirements such as Grand Openings, Anniversaries, and competitive situations.
?Develops, grows and manages direct store delivery (DSD) of products for all advertising programs. Negotiates with DSD vendors for weekly advertising promotions.
?Ensures DSD vendor billing and payments for all advertising support.
?Works with RMC to maximize vendor support of TPR program, including DSD where applicable.
?Ensures that Store Brands? ?Compare and Save? program and signage is being maximized by all advertising group stores.
