Genesis10 is seeking to add to our national leadership team. This role will be a part of our workforce solutions group and have responsibility for Overall Leadership, strategy development, driving sales, business planning, building and expanding our on-shore delivery/development centers service offering. The position includes due diligence, city and site selection, Liaison to City/County Government (incentives / relations, etc), center development/build out, and overall operational leadership including P & L responsibility. This role is a business development role and will be responsible for contributing to the bottom line and revenue growth in this space. These centers provide Project Management, Business Analysis, application development, testing and support functions for our client based. This position will sell directly or in a team sell model to new and existing Genesis10 clients. Ideal work locations are either Kansas City, MO or St. Paul , MN. Approximately 50% travel is required.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Work with sales team to scope opportunity, SME on client calls, write or participate in proposal generation.
- Due diligence in location planning-availability of resources, types of resources, cost of resources, competitive analysis, cost of operation.
- Manage site selection and build out.
- On-going validation of market conditions, proactive approach to changes that impact skills, costs and client satisfaction.
